Deposit Policy:
We require a $25.00 deposit. This deposit is refunded if the unit is kept cleaned and not damaged.No food, drink, gum ,candy, silly string, or other sticky substance should be found on or in our units.No water should be placed on our units unless you have ordered it with water.

Payment Policy:
We accept checks and cash. Payment is expected at time of delivery. If rental is booked 1 week prior to event date please mail your deposit. If it is booked the week of your event, your deposit will be added into your total.

Delivery Policy:
Delivery is free in Gwinnett County. Outside of Gwinnett there is a delivery fee. Please call for rates. We will deliver at least 1 hour before your party. The rentals are for 4-6 hours. If needed for a shorter or longer time please ask, we will work with you on delivery & pick up times.

Rain Policy :
If it is raining or it is calling for rain. We let the customer make the decision. We will monitor the radar closely. If we set up we do expect payment.

Wind Policy:
We have the right to cancel the rental if the wind is above 25 mph. This could cause possible injury and we don't want anyone getting hurt.

Fun Policy:
Please have fun and enjoy the time you have with our inflatables.
